idk why libs disguises doesnt work for minefort, anyone know why?

as the title says, im using minefort as my hosting server and im using a plugin that needs libs disguises to work but no matter what i do when i do /plugins to see if libs disguises is working its always red meaning it doesnt work, if anyone has any ideas how to make it work that'd be nice, im on 1.21.11 using libs disguises 11.0.16 the free version and i also have both packetevents 2.12.0 and protocoLib on, they work fine and seem to be active but not libs disguises. any ideas or ways to fix this would be helpful
