Is anyone in need of virtual machines to host gaming servers

I have a powerful server with esxi. 256gb ddr4 2933 ram, dual intel gold cpu's, 100tb storage, battery backup, solar panels, static IP address, symmetrical 1gb fiber internet. I've been reading about renting out virtual machines for folks to run gaming servers on. I can stand up the vm for you with Windows or your preferred version of Linux. Or if this is typically done in a different fashion, I'm open to recommendations. Is this still viable? If it is, I will stand up a management tool to automate accounts and billing. I also have an automated backup solution for all VM's that currently runs weekly but the backup server has 42tb of storage so more frequent backups can be done if needed.
