Is there a plugin to lower the amount of diamonds that spawn?

Im restarting my server into something new, and i wanna lower the rate of how many diamonds spawn in the world. I'm hoping theres a plugin that does that, and hopefully cuts the rate in half at most. If anyone knows a plugin like that lmk!
