This guy is LT3 in crystal but he used to cheat before this is his second/third account now. I haven't seen him in my server for awhile and appearently he's LT3. He flagged my anti totem many times already but I cound't find a hard proof to ban him. He is quite well known in the server so I have to be careful with this case.
