Looking for feedback on my Minecraft 26.2 SMP setup before growing the server

I've recently set up a new Minecraft 26.2 survival server and wanted to get some feedback from other server admins on the setup before I start trying to grow the community.

Current setup:

  • Folia 26.2
  • AMD Ryzen 7 8700G
  • 32 GB DDR5
  • Debian 13
  • Java + Bedrock crossplay with Geyser/Floodgate
  • mcMMO
  • CoreProtect
  • Chunky with the world pre-generated
  • Hard difficulty
  • No whitelist
  • Mostly vanilla survival gameplay

My main goal is to keep the gameplay close to vanilla while still having good performance, rollback/protection tools, and a little extra long-term progression through mcMMO.

For those running similar public SMPs:

  • Is there anything important you would add or change before player counts start increasing?
  • Are there any common performance or moderation problems I should prepare for?
  • Are there any Folia-specific considerations I should keep an eye on with this kind of plugin stack?

I'm especially interested in keeping the server stable and relatively lightweight rather than loading it with dozens of plugins.
