I'm starting up a modded forge 1.20.1 SMP and I've been having an issue where whenever someone joins the discord looking to play, there isn't really anyone online so they get bored and leave. It's really a chicken and the egg situation I can't think of a way out of. Currently the place is in open beta and I've honestly been planning tons of cool custom features like bosses, weapons and dimensions.
How did you guys get your places started up and active?
