making life easy for a bedrock player on geyser

Currently running a sever on fabric with geyser, and my mom, who plays on her ipad, has joined. She prefers playing on peaceful mode, but the server is on hard as other more in depth minecraft players are on the server. So, i was wondering if there is a geyser compatible way to disable mob spawns when she's the only one loading those chunks, as well as a way to let only her have keep inventory enabled
