Methods for hosting a server without Port Forwarding in current day?

I've been looking up ways to locally host a Minecraft Bedrock server and trying to make it as friendly as possible. I can't port forward due to abstract ISP rules and although I wanted to use server host services initially, the two I've tried ran pretty bad when loading them with all of the addons we plan to use. (I could get the $25 a month higher tiers but I'm already disillusioned).

I demo'd something with a self hosted server running on an unused Minisforum mini-PC using Hamachi and it ran great, but that means the other 4 players that can only play via Mobile won't be able to join.

This question was being asked on this subreddit a few years ago, but the recommendations from that time like using ngrok or playit.gg don't work for me. ngrok's free plan got some changes and now gets quickly rate limited and playit.gg seems to be blocked on my area, I assume due to some security disputes a few months ago.

Is there a similar, reputable service for port tunneling that can be used for cases like these?
