Minecraft server ip to discord server

I have a minecraft server hosted on my pelican panel with a cloudflare domain. I have an A record and SRV record for the subdomain of the server. I was wondering if there was a way to let users join the server with minecraft and if they open the same subdomain in the browser it forwards them to a discord server.
