Modded server keeps crashing randomly

My Aternos minecraft server keeps crashing, I dont know why I think its either one of the mods or the ram I have tried increasing the ram by a small amount but it hasnt helped it currently has 3gbs of ram Please help me find out whats causing it, so i can fix it.
