moving world from fabric server to neoforge

hi i run a pretty large fabric server with a lot of friends, and i want to transfer their builds to a neoforge server. if i put the world file in a neoforge server, would the builds copy over seamlessly? they use a few modded blocks, (macaw’s, stoneworks, etc.) if i use the neoforge version of those mods, would the builds be fine? or do i have to use something like litematica
