MSI CUBI 5 1M 440BEU for Minecraft Server

Hi! recently started a server on an old thinkcentre Tiny m710q, with 16gb RAM and a 7500T. I want to step up the server, and was wondering if this would be a fitting upgrade? I already have 16 gbs ddr5 sodimm ram, and this seems like good value. What do you guys think? I was thinking a few 10-20 players, on a PaperMC server, with no mods.
