Need help with structure placement

Hey guys so ive been building a modpack for my server and im running into issues with some bigger mods like L Enders cataclysm, and dungeons and combat etc. My issue is the structures not blending properly with terrain, I do have terralith, terrablender, and on the biomes we’ve gone. But even mods that say they’re compatible are still placing the structures in bad spots, they will place them halfway in the ground so there’s huge flat walls or place them floating halfway in the air. I’m sure it’s an easy fix like a mod or something, just hoping someone on here has ran into this and fixed it before. Thanks in advance!
