This is my first time setting up a minecraft server, most of our players are on XBOX, and some others on PC and mobile, which might total to 12 - 15 players, at first I thought of using bedrock with some QoL addons but I heard I can use Java PaperMC with geyser and floodgate so that bedrock players can join too, so now I don't know which one to choose, I don't have the slightest idea of how the geyser plugin works and only heard that it support cross play between bedrock and java players, my question is how it works, what problems might it cause so that I can decide which one to choose, bedrock or paper with geyser.
