Offline Bots

There is a bot called "mewo_Bot_Offline" on this small community server. it spawns into mainly the survival gamemode on top of a high pillar, and sometimes just in the hub. It sits idle and occasionally disconnects and rejoins. This is a religious minecraft server and I am wondering if this is a griefing group vulnerability monitor. I'm coordinating with the server admins about this, and running bots isn't against any rules on the server, so they haven't taken any action.
