Firstly, thank you for taking a moment to look at this. I'm losing my mind trying to figure this out.
After way too long getting a custom pack working, it finally is, and I even got a server package built, and uploaded to a 3rd party hosting service, Modrinth.
I can connect, and my friend in another state can connect. My wife who is connected to the same network that I am, cannot connect.
Minecraft 1.21.1 with Neoforge 21.1.235
When we were testing I could open my singleplayer game to LAN, and she couldn't join. She would just get an error that says "disconnected" after it loaded for a bit. She could host from a single player world and I could join. We're both hardwired into the same router.
Now that we're on a 3rd Party Server, she gets the same "Disconnected" window. The server logs shows that she joins, verifies her connection, then says "Timed Out"
We've reinstalled the modpack trhough Technic where I posted it. I installed version 21 of Eclipse Java that I am using on my PC and made her launcher use that java. I've made sure her firewall allows JDK and Javaw. I've reset her firewall settings and reallowed Java and other things that show up. I've moved her computer to a Public rather than a Private Network in Firewall settings. I've even gone into the Advanced settings and enabled the inbound rule for File and Printer Sharing (Echo Request - ICMPv4-In).
To add to more, I can't ping her local IPv4 address, but she can ping mine. She can ping the server's address from her device as well.
Help me Reddit Won Kenobi, you're my only hope.
