Paper Plugins for 1.21.11 to reduce XP from mob farms?

Hello, I am currently hosting an MC server for 1.21.11 and a thing that has been mentioned is the need to prevent mass XP farms for becoming a thing. As I was looking into this I only found on plugin which was for 1.12.1 titled "XP Anti-farm" which reduced the amount of XP dropped in a chunk over time. So I was wondering is there any plugins for 1.21.11 that do something similar, or other ways of reducing/changing how XP is gained?
