Short: Looking for Backup/Snapshotting suggestions. On Paper 26.2 w/ Geyser+Floodgate. Current server size is about 4.5GB (pre-rendered all 3 worlds with Chunky). Before we start running nightly full backups, or even incremental backups, we wanted to reach out and see what other people use.
Backstory/Longer: My buddy and I recently spun up a panel and a couple wings of Calagopus since we often will host some various dedicated servers. I got the itch to spin up a 26.2 Java minecraft server since it just came out. We have some need of cross-platform gameplay (the kids playing from consoles on Bedrock, adults on Java for the most part). We got PaperMC, Geyser, Floodgate all up and running (experimental/dev builds on some/most). What we want to know now is what's people's preferred way to backup/protect their server from major issues?
