Coin Miner fix: rigs no longer break after a break
If your mining was off for a while (stopped by hand, or out of fuel after 12 hours away), restarting it charged all the wear from the whole pause at once. After a few days away that was enough to break every rig within a minute of pressing Start.

Compensation
Players who lost rigs to this have been compensated:
- Every broken rig was repaired to 100% for free. They are switched off, so use Activate on the Rigs page to get them mining again.
- Shards spent on repairing those rigs were refunded. You can see it in your Shards history.
