Playit.gg issues for specfic players

Hi all, I have a self hosted server running on a old Dell optiplex through a proxmox LXC. The server is using playit.gg to tunnel so I do not have to port forward, and I am having issues with the tunnel. I can connect to my server through playit, but two of my friends cannot connect anymore even though they could last night. One gets a Unknown host error, but can resolve the host through powershell and can ping the server. The other gets a getOptSocket error. Both players can join through a hotspot rather than through their home internet. The only update I have made it to the mods, and I have updated from neoforge 26.2.0.7 to 26.2.0.9. I'm not sure what is causing this we are all using different ISPs. Changing their windows DNS settings to cloudflare did not resolve the issue either.
