Plugin of TCPShield

So I just made my Minecraft server using AMP and an old computer, I have my domain and I'm trying to set up TCPShield. The thing is that I followed a video but there is a step that I can't make: I'm on a fabric server and there is a plugin required (spigot/bungee/velocity). Any idea on how to set this plugin or an alternative so it works?
