I've been scratching my head at this for about two days now.
I hosted local servers in the past and I recently tried hosting one again. I did all the steps I could find: I set up port forwarding for port 25565 in my router settings and created inbound and outbound rules for it in the firewall settings, but no matter what anyone that tries to connect gets the time-out error. Only I am able to join using localhost.
I have tried disabling my firewall to see if I did something incorrect there, but nothing changed. Only thing I can assume is that my ISP (Voo) is blocking the port for some reason, despite the port forwarding being set up.
