Writing the name of some resource just because someone isn't bothered to do the description properly is painful. One solution around this is to add a link button where the uploader can give the official link to have a general idea of the resource.
In the screenshot very below, you can see that there is no button that redirects to the official resource page.
Additionally, most leaked resources are unstructured. The description is just plain. If people would want to download a resource, they need a general description of the resource. And combining with no official page button, the audience are likely to go somewhere else.
Therefore, to counter this, you can add a "Junior Mod" system where NulledVault members that are Level 2 (as minimum) are able to submit requests for any unstructured resource to the moderators to restructure the description. The approval button only appears on non-owned resources. Request approval goes to the owner of the resource (no shard reward or notify staff, don't notify if user owns the resource) or to the moderators. Once at least 3-10 approved requests that remodel the descriptions of any resource, they can be a "Junior Mod" that can update any description of any resource without prior approval, but watched on sight for any suspicious behaviour. For suspicious behaviour, store older descriptions in the MySQL database just in case for restoration.

Description rewrite requirements (adjust if needed):
- User is not the owner of current resource and description is not already structured
- Must at least rewrite 70% of the entire description, don't just correct one grammatical error and call it a day (there should be two options: entire and grammatical, entire awards shards but at least needs 70% of rewriting, grammatical does not award any shards but is only to correct mistakes)
- Must at least have 3 resources nulled of any category
- Must be at least level 2 (Can increase)
- Must have at least 1-3 images of the resource or 1 media
- Must have at least around 15-30 messages in the whole forum
- (Extra, for shard gaining: Image URLS must be from the official link that is set, e.g. If the official link is set to BuiltByBit, the images must contain links from BuiltByBit)
- Must be known as "Trusted"
- Must have contact with the Owner at least once
- Must be Level 3
- Must have at least 5 resources nulled of any category
- Must have at least fixed or improved 1 resource across the forum, or null a resource that is not a reupload
- Must have at least around 25-40 messages in the whole forum
- Must have submit one bug report or suggestion and have it approved (like this one)
- Must have at least an amount of reaction score
- Must have helped at least 1 member or moderator within the whole forum

- Must have EVERYTHING in the description rewrite requirements section
- Optional: Must have at least fixed or improved 1 resource across the forum, or null a resource that is not a reupload
- Image URLs must be from the official link that is set, e.g. If the official link is set to BuiltByBit, the images must contain links from BuiltByBit. Example: Image URLs of the amount within the requirement (members can add more Images with different sources, if they have at least the amount of Image URLs that link to the Original Link). Therefore an Image URL (as example) of https://builtbybit.com/attachments/ghost-module-thread-dzn-png.710826/?preset=fullr1 must be linked with the original link of https://builtbybit.com/resources/ghost-module-for-namelessmc.22772/ . Notice how "ghost-module" are the same in the two links.
- Limited cooldown system of an amount of time to prevent shard spam
- The shard amount based on the reaction score, reviews, updates, discussion, requests from 0 to 1 shards.
- User is not the owner of current resource and description is not already structured
