please update to v3.1.9:
Fix sept force update rust
Fixed completion and enter/exit hooks which XDQuest, SkillTree and SuperPVxInfo relied on (note that hooks will be deliberately changed in the future to remove all unused arguments)
Fixed null exception for npc brains
