DONE Selling rigs system in the Coin Miner section

At the current state, you can not sell any rigs for shards, therefore having to wait for them to break.

If there could be a way to sell you rigs for shards.
Shards gained from selling should be based from shards originally spent, tax percentage only if the rig has been activated, health percentage and possibly amount of NVCoins earnt from the rig.
Currently the Coin Miner section is down, thus I can't send any screenshots of the current state.

Also add a picture for Coin Miner notifications (replace the question mark), for example:
