Server Crashing + Occasional Rubber Banding (Logs Included)

I'm having some issues with a fairly heavy modpack, the game crashes, usually after 15 minutes of the server being up. It also rubberbands occasionally, but mostly just near the ocean. I assume some mod related to the ocean may be the cause, but I'm mostly unsure, as I lack experience investigating this.
Could anyone take a look at the logs and figure out what might be wrong?
