Server is having lots of warnings, and I believe they are slowing everything down over time

Hello, I have made a local server for some friends and family and setup a few plugins. However I'm seeing a bunch of these warnings and I fear it might be eating my ram up.

Were running paper, minecraft 26.2, I pregenerated all the chunks using chunky up to the world border of 10,000x 10,000y

The warnings vary between entities, its often minecart chests, or drowned, or villagers.

I also use CTRL + C in the console to shutdown the server, not sure if thats the best option, but someone has asked before.
