Server with separate permadeath worlds?

Hi fellas, noob here. Prepare for the wall of text. I am creating a Skyblock world with custom settings and an expensive and rebalanced economy. Natural creature spawning is turned off and you only start with a tree and the dirt. The kicker? The only way to make money is to start a permadeath survival game and defeat the vanilla bosses.

So far, I've navigated my way through all the config files and I've rebalanced most of the shop items, but now I've hit a roadblock: the worlds.

This is how I want it to work:

Player Sends Command

Server Generates New Permadeath world (preferably with a randomly generated world name so the player doesn't have to enter a name for the survival world)

Player / Player's Group is tp'd to that world

Inventories are separate

Player defeats bosses, money is saved to a global server balance that can be used at the Skyblock shop

Player / last group member dies, they automatically respawn back at Skyblock hub and the permadeath survival world in question is deleted, along with its respective nether and end dimensions.

An entry fee to generate the hardcore world connected to the economy?

26.2 Paper Server, no client side stuff needed

GeyserMC compatible

Economy

There are many kill mob for money plugins I must research later, but my current problem is what can make the above parameters possible? Is this something multiverse-core plugin can handle on its own? Is there any way to generate random world names? Dear god, why have I embarked on this endeavor?
