Basically, half of my players keep getting disconnected from voice chat. I’ve tried reinstalling the plugin, changing versions, changing mod versions for the players having issues, and so on. NOTHING helped. I contacted server support, and they replied: "The traceroute and server telemetry seem normal, this looks to me to be a configuration problem or client problem of sorts but I could not tell you what… admining might be more helpful. Have you made any progress or found anything useful since sending the message?" I honestly don't know what to do anymore. I only recently switched hosting providers because of lag on the previous one, and now this happens. I don't want to let my players down or take another day or two off just to move servers again. Has anyone else run into this problem?
I’ll probably also add my requests to support, they will give more context:
"After migrating the server, I configured all the plugins, but a problem arose with Simple Voice Chat. Voice chat isn't working for a couple of players, even though it works fine for everyone else.
The ports in the config file and the control panel match.
A tracert [my server ip] run by Atatwih showed a good result—50ms ping. She also deleted the config file in the .minecraft folder and installed the same mod version as the other players. Everything worked fine on the previous host, but now the issue persists. We even just logged into the old host, and everything works there without any problems.
I also tried creating an additional port and moving the voice chat to it, but that didn't change anything.
At the same time, Atatwih keeps reconnecting to the voice chat: [screenshots]". I also forgot to mention that we tried everything on the client side. I asked Atatwih to install the same version of the mod that I have, delete the old mod configs, and check the VPN, firewall, etc
