skin plugin / mod

some of the skins i used before are flagged as nsfw or something on minecrawft databases even if they are not , when i tried using them with skinsrestorer they just wouldnt work in my private server with my friends, is there any other plugin that lets you change your skin and make it be seen by all the users in the server ( i also tried older mc versions nothing works),even a mod that we could all add to our clients could be fine
