What wisdom can medium to large server owners gift me.
For reference, I have this built out of spite. A former server some friends and I were on burned us. Unfortunately for the owner of that server, the money I was once putting into that server has become the seed money for my own.
I've got a 5 world proxy server, my niche is Cobblemon, built out on a stupidly solid rig with stability, security, player retention and...fun in mind.
What are the major struggles new owners face, and how did you overcome them?
What did you do to grow your base?
How do you maintain your retention in a saturated environment?
What should your targeted ROI be per month, early on?
