CLOSED Syndicate Treasury donation stuck at 500/500 shards

The progress is already at 100%, but the donation interface still allows me to select a shard amount. When I try to sacrifice 1 Shard, it shows this error:

Minimum value (1) must be less than maximum value (0).

It looks like the maximum donation value becomes 0 after reaching 500/500, but the donation input is still active.
Steps to reproduce:

1. Donate Shards until the progress reaches 500/500 (just 1 minute after the old store closed)
2. Try to sacrifice another Shard.
3. The error appears and the interface cannot proceed.

Looks like this issue goes away after about 5–7 minutes
