the voice chat in my server connects but it sounds very glitchy and inaudible

im hosting a mc server with squid servers i figured out setting up voice chat it worked fine for 1 day then the next day it connected but it got all glitchy and inaudible and sometimes it randomly disconnects
the server specs and version are forge 1.20.1
simple vc

Ryzen 9 5950x
32 Gb ram (8 going to the server)
75mbps download and 16 upload
