I have spent the last year building a server by myself. I have no friends (at least that I’d trust/are interested) that can help moderate or be admins at launch. I work full time so I am worried about launching the server with nobody to moderate/admin when I am offline.
Should I find staff before launch? How do I go about finding trustworthy people if that’s the case? Are small-server staff paid these days? Any other tips about launch would be appreciated (advertising, staffing, beta testing, etc.)!
