NEWS UPDATE: Economic Stability, Style Shop & New Rewards

Economic Stability, Style Shop & New Rewards
Today’s changelog introduces a major patch to NVCoin, new ways to flex your profile, and a fairer system for earning Shards.

Earn Shards for Reactions
Quality content now pays off! Starting today, you will earn Shards automatically for the reactions you receive on your posts, resources, and comments.
Earn up to 15 Shards daily just by being an active and helpful member of the community. Reactions across the entire forum and resource section are counted.

NVCoin Exchange & Wallet Overhaul
We’ve completely rewritten the "brain" of our cryptocurrency to make the market more stable and transparent:
  • Market Gravity: We’ve implemented an economic gravity system that keeps the NVC price within a logical range of 30 – 100 Shards.
  • Live Market Chart: Visit the Exchange page to see the new Market Trend graph, showing the price history over the last 24 hours.
  • Advanced Filtering: Your transaction history is now much cleaner. You can filter between Mining, Exchanges, Boosters, Rigs, or Resource purchases.
  • Better Logging: Every single NVC exchange and other Shards purchases is now detailed in your transaction history so you can track every Shard spent.

Username Styles & Cosmetics
It’s time to upgrade your look. We are opening up new customization options for everyone:
  • Username Style Shop: You can now purchase unique username styles for 50 Shards each. Stand out from the crowd! 👉 Enter the Style Shop Here
  • Help Page: A new Cosmetics Help page is live to guide you through.

Technical Fixes
  • Dynamic Block Rewards: Mining rewards now scale in real-time based on the number of active miners, ensuring fairness for everyone involved.
  • UI Fixes: Improved pagination and mobile responsiveness for the market chart.

If you use NVC to unlock Vault+ Premium Resources, do they unlock forever or just for one update?
Also a good suggestion for Coin Miner is a refund system where you can sell your old rigs for shards, I will make a thread that has more info based on this
Just that one specific version will be unlocked, if the resource gets updated, you need to pay another fee.

That’s quite expensive and not very resource-friendly. Unlike Minecraft plugins, many Rust plugins break monthly, so locking access to just the latest version doesn’t make much sense.

It would be better to unlock the resource itself instead. Alternatively, offer time-based access (e.g., X for 4 weeks, X + 25% for 3 months, X + 40% for 6 months). The percentage could also scale by user level—for example, Level 1 pays 25%/40%, Level 2 pays 15%/30%, and Level 3 pays 7.5%/17.5%.

I don’t understand you guys. He’s putting in a ton of work to make it at least somewhat satisfying for everyone, even if they don’t have Vault+ (which is now even LIFETIME and really doesn’t cost much for what it offers), and the only thing that keeps getting expected is MORE MORE MORE… Everyone just wants everything for free, no matter who is covering the platform’s costs.

I think you misunderstood my point. I’m not asking for more free stuff—I’m suggesting a pricing model that actually encourages people to use the feature.

At its current cost, most users simply won’t use it, especially for plugins that update every one to two weeks. My idea is meant to make it more practical and appealing, not to undervalue the work behind it.

I will not change the way how it works, lets be clear on that nobody would even click "Donate" button if i added it onto the site.
Vault+ is meant for supporters, if you do not want to support the project, then we opened doors to unlock the version download.
I cannot do much more than that.
Hope thats clear enough.
