SCRAPYARD & PARTS
YARD ADVISOR
More control over your rigs, better rewards for recycling and a Workshop worth planning around.
SCRAPYARD & PARTS
- Crusher, Workshop, Contracts and Projects now have their own colored tabs, icons and visual effects.
- Plan before buying. The Salvage Planner lists today's rewards for every model, even with an empty yard. Bounty targets stand out.
- Original rigs worth at least 100 Shards and above 10 H/s yield 1 Part per 25 Shards, capped at 120 Parts per wreck. Starter rigs and Salvaged Hardware give no Parts.
- Parts Recovery gives twice the Parts for half the Shard payout. Rigs without recoverable Parts keep their normal payout.
- Daily prices, Mechanic bonuses and weekly bounties still affect scrap payouts. Choose your wrecks and review the receipt; scrapping is permanent.
- Cheaper recipes: Thermal Paste costs 1 Part, Industrial Fan 2 Parts, Liquid Nitrogen 4 Parts. Crafted supplies go into your inventory.
- Military Heatsink: 6 Parts for a full rig repair. Craft up to 3 per week, separately from market purchases. Resets Monday.
- Maintenance Kit: 4 Parts; restores up to 20 condition on an inactive rig, capped at 40 Shards of base repair value.
- Reinforcement Kit: 6 Parts; reduces remaining wear by 25% for 24 hours. Works with cooling, cannot stack. At 70% protection this becomes 77.5% total protection.
- Parts also help pay for repairs: 10% discount each, up to 3 per rig, with a 55% combined Mechanic discount cap.
- Three personal weekly contracts. Track one in Rigs to see progress and Contract candidate markers on suitable hardware.
- Workshop Resupply: exchange 2 Parts for an Industrial Fan and Thermal Paste.
- Replace one unfinished contract per week for free with Supply Courier: 3 Parts for a Fan and 2 Paste. Review the replacement before confirming.
Yard Advisor:a permanent 400-Shard upgrade. Compare crafting against shop prices, find an economical rig route and identify cheap extra Parts among your broken rigs.Advice follows current prices, inventory and crafting limits. It shows when the shop is cheaper too; it never buys or scraps automatically.
- Name and protect rigs, organize them into groups with visible icons and colors, and preview your group design.
- Activate rigs without reloading the page, with updated hashrate. Smart and batch maintenance help manage larger farms; costs are reviewed before spending.
- Operating profiles: Eco trades speed for less wear, Balanced keeps normal rates, Overdrive pushes harder. Profiles have clearer badges and effects, and Manage rig shows the one-hour change cooldown. Deactivate before switching.
- Invest Parts into permanent Circuit, Ember and Aurora frames, with stronger visual effects. Progress never resets; unlocked frames can decorate any of your rigs. Cosmetic only.
- Clearer kit selection, a single-line Contract candidate badge and more compact fleet controls.
- Backfire cannot be bypassed with an empty wallet. Attacking its owner requires 0.03 NVC per skill level, up to 0.09 NVC, available in your wallet on top of any charge-bypass fee.
- This also applies to free charges and retaliation traces. Only a failed attack pays Backfire; insufficient funds stop the attempt without spending a charge or trace. Vault funds do not count.
- Refreshed Block History, clearer Wallet transaction names and filters, improved mobile layouts and consistent main navigation.
- Updated Help, corrected the Darknet Operations achievement category and fixed the Rigs page error for players without Black Market access.
