NEWS UPDATE: Unlock Older Versions for Level 2 (Vault+ resources)

HOW THE FEATURE WORKS (Overview)
Resource creators now have the option to allow Level 2 members to download older, archived versions of their Vault+ exclusive resources.

  • Latest Version: Remains strictly locked to Vault+.
  • Older Versions: Any version in the history tab older than 3 months (90+ days) becomes automatically unlocked and downloadable for Level 2 members.
  • Tip: This acts as a fantastic "try before you buy" system. Level 2 members can test older files, and upgrade to Vault+ for the newest features, updates, and support.

FOR UPLOADERS (Enabling the Feature)
This feature is 100% optional and puts you in full control of your content. You can enable it on brand-new uploads or apply it to your existing resources right now.

Step-by-step Setup:
  • Go to Add Resource (or click Edit Resource on one of your existing uploads).
  • Under the "Allowed downloaders" section, select Vault+ Members.
  • Check the new box that appears below it: "Unlock older versions for Level 2".
  • Save your resource!
  • Tip: We highly encourage enabling this! It breathes new life into your old uploads, brings more activity to your threads, and builds trust with potential Vault+ members.

FOR LEVEL 2 MEMBERS (Downloading)
Finding and downloading these unlocked older versions is very easy:

  • Look for the Notice: Find the highlighted "Unlocked for Level 2!" box at the top of a resource description. (If you see this, the uploader has enabled the feature).
  • Check the History Tab: Click on the History tab located on the resource page.
  • Download: Find a version that was released more than 3 months ago and you will be able to download it!
