Weekly leaderboard for players’ ressource collection

I'm not sure if I'm explaining this clearly. But I'm looking for a plugin that would let me create a weekly points-based leaderboard based on the resources players collect (for example, one log is worth 1 point and one ancient debris is worth 50), and at the end of the week, the top 3 players would receive rewards and the leaderboard would be reset. Is there a plugin or a way to do this?
