What plugins/datapacks would work for an RPG-style server?

I’m making an Aternos server on Minecraft 1.21.6 Java with Geyser + Floodgate since one of my friends is on Bedrock, so I can’t use Fabric. I want to add some RPG elements to survival, mainly new structures, bosses, classes, leveling, and more enchants. I’m looking for plugins/datapacks that work with Paper + Geyser/Floodgate and don’t require client-side mods, as well as a guide to set it up. What setups have people used for something like this?
