World generations mods and building

Hello, I'm currently working on my fifth pretty heavily-modded minecraft server with my friends.

I made a 1.20.1 forge modpack oriented toward charms and artifacts, difficult mobs, structures, social mods, bosses and a bunch of overhauls and mystical stuff.
And create. There's alway create.

So there's a whole lot of things to do so we always have a new thing to discover or to farm. It's a glorified kitchen sink. The thing is, I noticed that's the most important thing, the thing that makes the servers live the longest is not how many swords and mobs you add, it's the builds. It's all in the builds. When you build something, you create a place. You give an identity to your world.

Now, the thing is, I'm usually the one building stuff. And I don't even build that much since being the only one doing it is discouraging (and I always make way too big projects) (And the tnt mod doesn't helps.

So I'd like to motivate my players to build cool stuff, like small towns. Even ugly stuff, just stuff.

So I thought of adding a world generation mod, and at first I wanted to add "cascades" which replicates the generation of beta minecraft with very vertical weird generation because I think it's inspiring.

But one of my friend sent me pictures of terraforged, tectonic, still life, litosphere... And sure, it looks cool will this encourage building ? Some of those mods contains very big flat biomes or enormous stuff like volcanos with terralith, so I don't know... Maybe if the terrain is already too beautiful, they won't be motivated to make it even more beautiful ? It does look inspiring though.
